Intex Technologies has launched its latest 4G smart phone – Aqua Secure, which comes with a Finger Print Sensor. The tech-based smart phone with bio-metric security will be available at a price of INR 6499

4G-enabled Aqua Secure comes with a 4.5-inch FWVGA display with the latest bio-metric security and finger print sensor at the back panel. The scanner will scan and verify authority, thereby making the smart phone completely secure. The finger print supports features like clicking selfies, phone unlock, access to gallery.

“4G connectivity, big screens, high definition displays and powerful RAMs are the current trends. Intex brings this 4G enabled device with advanced security feature like finger print sensor and VOLTE. Aqua Secure will provide our consumers with an advanced technology experience at a very competitive price,” stated Mr. Sanjay Kumar Kalirona, Mobile Business Head, Intex Technologies.

Along with 4G network, Aqua Secure has VOLTE (Voice Over LTE network) feature, which enables high quality HD voice calls. The 1GB RAM and a 1GHz Quad Core Mediatek processor, enable smooth performance and multi-tasking, along with Android Lollipop OS 5.1. The 4G-dual-SIM smart phone has a 1900mAh Li-Ion battery, which offers a talk-time up to 6 hours along with a standby time of up to 8 days.

The smartphone has 5MP Rear AF Camera and 2MP front camera. The device also comes with Panorama mode and slow motion video recording for enhanced camera experience. Lenovo's introduce a New product in Vibe lineup of phones, the Vibe C, is the ultra low-cost smartphone (at $105 or Rs 7,000 ) with enough power to be a decent backup device for some users. The Lenovo Vibe C comes with a 5-inch 720p display, a quad-core processor, 4G LTE connectivity, 1GB of RAM, 5MP camera, Android 5.1.1. The largest Indian mobile manufacturer, Micromax whose products were made available only on e-commerce portals in India, has announced the latest addition to its Canvas Spark series, smartphone which is affordable for all income segments people. The Canvas Spark 2 Plus is the first smartphone from the Micromax to run Marshmallow out of the box, and it's available for just ₹3,999.

With Canvas Spark 1, Canvas Spark 2, and Canvas Spark 3 Micromax has sold more than 1.5 million units, over the last 12 months. Today's offering is the company's most affordable device in the lineup thus far, and is aimed at first time smartphone users.

Honor 5X may not be the flagship of Huawei but it has some promising features that satisfy the needs of people who are interested in mid-ranged smartphones with high performance.

I'll be talking about things should know before buying honor 5x.

Honor 5X is available for Rs12999 both on flipkart and amazon. Honor 5x is available in 3 different colors gold silver and grey. My personal choice is gold because it gives you more premium look as compared to other colors.

Honor 5X Design 

As you can see honor 5X has some very decent specs. Although snapdragon 616 is not superior then snapdragon 615 in terms of speed but the performance is better because the phone doesn't heats up easily. Built quality is better than any mid ranged smartphone that is available in the market. It has metallic back with non removable  battery. It impresses the moment you pick it up although it doesn't have the premium look but has the same polished bevelled edges leading into the frame as of the Honor 7.

The power button and the volume rockers are beautifully placed on the right side of the smartphone. Honor 5x also weighs 158g which is less than you will expect from a 5.5 inch smartphone to be. On the left side we will find two slots one of them is a dual slim slot and the other one is the micro sd slot.

The upper and the lower edges at the back of Honor 5x are made up of plastic to ensure that antennas can receive a clear signal and you may check our another article on honor 5x speed test comparison.

Honor 5X Hardware And Software

Honor 5x has a custom ui emui 3.1 which is not that impressive you can sense a little lag while using the smart phone although it has 2 gb of ram but almost 1gb of ram is consumed but custom rom and the ui . honor 5x is on android lollipop 5.1.1 and has been promised to be updated to android 6.0 marshmallow with emui 4.0 .

My personal favorite is the stock rom that is provided by Google because you will rarely face a lag in  the ui. Another feature that is missing is USB otg connectivity we were not able to connect to otg. Even after trying through third party apps like es file explorer . Battery back up is very impressive the beast hold 3000mah of non removable battery but the performance of the battery is pretty impressive  if you are person who charges there phone once in a day this phone is a go for you.

Honor 5X Screen
 

Let us now talk about the display of the phone it has 5.5inch 1080p hd  ips  display with nice viewing angles. The display is sharp but the major problems in the display are they attract fingerprints on the screen.

Honor 5x has pixel density of 401ppi.The film which come on the screen with phone can be removed, at the expense of scratch protection guard. Major drawback is the screen does not have gorilla or other reinforced glass. If you love to watch movies and videos on your smartphone it promises you a quality experience.

Honor 5X Camera 

Honor 5x has 13 megapixel rear camera and 5 megapixel front facing camera. Although front  facing and rear camera are impressive but I had a moderate experience with the rear camera in indoor and artificial lighting.

However the camera clicks great pictures outdoors. It highly depends on the lighting if you want to take good pictures you have to make sure you have proper lighting for it. Some sample pictures took by the camera.

The special feature

The special feature that Honor 5X brings to you is the finger print scanner. Finger print scanner is located at the back side of the phone and it is also pretty accurate. It does not take long to setup the finger print scanner and it can also be configured of other settings like there are 7 actions that can be activated, ranging from answering calls or taking photos to opening the notification panel or recent apps:  just above everything is do-able.

Unfortunately apple still provides the best finger print scanner in form of touch id but then what do you expect more from an mid ranged budget smartphone. Overall rating of the phone according to me is    8.5 out 10.

Gaming review

Honor 5X can handle heavy games like Asphalt , modern combat 5 , nova 3 real racing  and many other.

I faced a little lag and frame skip but that is very rare. If you are person who likes to play games in the free time this smart phone is a go for you and the advantage is it doesn't heats up easily.

Specs
It’s a 5.5-inch 1080p metal beauty that sports a respectable 64-bit Octa-Core Quaclcomm Snapdragon 616 and 2GB of RAM. Other specs include 16GB of storage (with a microSD card for expansion), a 13 megpaixel rear camera, 5 megapixel front camera, 3,000mAh battery and a fingerprint scanner. Connectivity comes in the form of WiFi N, Bluetooth 4.1, microUSB 2.0 and GPS/aGPS with GLONASS.

Software:
It’ll run Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box with Huawei’s EMUI 3.1 on top, and that comes with some nice benefits of its own. Video editing tools for the camera, app launching shortcuts using individual fingers on the fingerprint scanner and more offer up some pretty unique and robust functionality.

So, let's take a closer look at the phone. The Snapdragon 615 processor feels about as quick as I think this chip can on a 1080p display, and that's to say "pretty good."  It's a bit odd to me that Honor went with the older 615 instead of the newer 616 or 617, both of which offer more modern features and standards support. (The 616 and 617, for example, both support Bluetooth 4.1, faster memory, and more advanced radios.) Still, it bests the Snapdragon 410 on speed in several categories - processor clock, RAM speed, and GPU - a chip more commonly found at this price point.

Body
It's metal, yes, but nothing about it screams "premium" from the rooftops when comparing with honor 7 , it merely feels cold, metallic, and a bit industrial. LeEco Le 1s, by comparison , comes off with a much nicer feel and fit and finish. This isn't to say the H5X is poorly-built, merely that metal is not a cure-all,but one must feel its power and capacity.

Display
The display is pretty bright, colors are good, Saturation is noticeably exaggerated on greens, a common ailment in IPS display smartphones, probably to make a naturally slightly dull panel "pop" more.  This is a good full HD screen, and would make most people quite happy for the price.

Camera
I've only had a few minutes with the camera, but my initial impressions are, for something at this price, very good. Colors seem well represented, and while detail is a bit fuzzier than I'd like, it's still pretty decent. Compared to the far more expensive phones , the Honor 5X has been producing very noticeably superior results indoors, a testament to Honor's alleged focus on the camera experience.


The phone - by default - does not allow newly-installed 3rd-party apps to run in the background when the display is off (you must go in and enable them to, if you want) in the name of saving battery life. For some people, that may well be worth it, but that it's not disclosed and rather buried in an obscurely-named settings menu item ("protected apps") doesn't sit well with me. Apps also aren't able to push banner text or lockscreen notifications by default, and must be individually enabled to do so if you'd like them to. I could go on for a while about EMUI, but I won't here - let's save that for the full review.

Before we end: the fingerprint scanner! It works. It's lightning-quick to respond, and I've had no issues with it as of yet. It's definitely a handy feature to have, especially on a phone that is so affordable. So good on Honor for that. Coolpad Note 3 hogged a lot of limelight last year as it was the first smartphone in the sub-10,000 category to come with a fingerprint sensor. At Rs 8,999, the smartphone sports a 5.5-inch HD (720x1,280) display. It is powered by a 1.3GHz 64-bit Mediatek MT6753 octa-core processor coupled with 3GB RAM. Coolpad Note 3 runs Android 5.1 Lollipop with Cool UI 6.0 layer on top and offers 16GB storage and microSD card support up to 64GB. Also, powered by 3,000mAh battery, the smartphone has a 13MP rear and a 5MP front camera and includes 4G LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS as connectivity options.
 

3 XIAOMI REDMI NOTE 3
Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 is a phone of many firsts. Not only it is the first budget smartphone to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 processor, it is also the company’s first handset to sport a fingerprint sensor in an all metal body. The smartphone is available in two variants: while the 2GB RAM and 16GB storage variant is available for Rs 9,999, the 3GB RAM and 32GB storage model is available for Rs 11,999. On the specifications, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 features a 5.5-inch full HD display with 1080x1920p resolution. The smartphone flaunts a 16MP rear camera with dual LED flash and a 5MP front facing snapper for clicking selfies. Running on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system topped with the MI UI of the company, the connectivity options of the smartphone include 4G, LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, infrared, GPS and packs a 4,050mAh battery to keep it alive for long.

4 . LEECO LE 1S

LeEco Le 1S marked the entry of Chinese manufacturer LeEco (formerly known as LeTV) in the Indian budget smartphone category. Priced at Rs 10,999, the Le 1S smarphone features a 5.5-inch Full HD display with 1080x1920p display resolution. It is powered by a 2.2 GHz Helio X10 Turbo MTK 6795T octa-core processor coupled with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. It also sports a 13MP rear and a 5MP front camera along with a 3,000mAh battery. Connectivity options include 4G, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v4.1, GPS and USB Type C.
