  • 5 Puzzle Games You Must Try

From early childhood right through to adulthood we love to play with puzzles.  We like the way they challenge our thinking and exercise our minds. It is vital to play puzzles and enhance our skills.
We have short listed a batch of 5 puzzles for you that you must try out this week.

    PACMAN 256
    Pacman 265
This is a classic pacman game with modifications and variations that enhance your experience of Pacman. It is endless runner puzzle game. You’ll play as Pac-Man and you’ll move through an endless map as you avoid ghosts, gain temporary powers, and increase your score. If you fall behind, the “glitch” will eat you and must start over again.

    TELLTALE GAMES COLLECTION

They are The Walking Dead seasons one and two, Game of Thrones, Minecraft: Story Mode, The Wolf Among Us, Tales from the Borderlands, and The Walking Dead: Michonne. These are all episodic, point-and-click puzzle games that take the genre to the next level. They feature masterfully done story telling with puzzles and obstacles that are easy enough for anyone to do, but challenging enough to be engaging. Each game has five episodes of content to play through and they all have good graphics, excellent voice-over work, cut scenes, story lines, and they all seem to do a good job keeping in check with the franchises they come from.

    HUNDREDS
    Hundreds
Hundreds is the kind of puzzle game that only really makes sense on a touch screen: you’ll need to tap and hold expanding circles to make the grand total add up to 100. And they can’t run into other circles or obstacles while growing, nor can they smash into hazards.  It starts out simply enough, of course, with empty areas and static circles. Before long, everything is moving, there’s ice in play, and you’ll need to hold multiple circles at once to make them grow. Still, as chaotic as Hundreds can get, it requires careful planning and execution.

    ZYNGA COLLECTION
Zynga has a long line up of fun, multiplayer puzzle games. They include Draw Something, Words With Friends, Chess With Friends, Hanging With Friends, Gems With Friends, and WordStreak. These are more simple titles that let you do things like play chess, Scrabble, match-three, and other types of puzzle games online with friends. They’re easily accessible, you can play with friends or with strangers, and the mechanics make them quick and easy to play. They’re also family friendly, entirely free to play, and will challenge you in different ways.

    THE ROOM
    The Room
Touch devices offer a sense of tactile interaction that a gamepad or mouse cannot, and that’s put to good use in The Room, a much-loved mobile original. In this first-person adventure, you’re tasked with solving a selection of 3D puzzle boxes, each of which is loaded with things like locks, codes, hidden doors, dials, and other brain-taxing mechanisms. And it’s never just one solution: the challenge is finding which approach unlocks the next opportunity, and so on and so forth—all while you rotate the box, focus on clues, and seek out curious details to explore. It’s very haunting and atmospheric, as well, with great graphics and cleverly designed boxes. And if you dig the original, The Room Two picks up where it leaves off.
